4-Course Menu Suggestion

Canapés and cocktails to start

Carrot ginger & honey soup with a garlic crouton

Thai monkfish wrapped in banana leaves with stir fried vegetables and coconut rice

Poached banana ice cream with white chocolate banana crepes and chocolate sauce.

5-Course Menu Suggestion

A selection of Canapés and cocktails to start

Butternut squash veloute with truffle oil

Shallot Tatin with roasted tomatoes, goats cheese, basil & a balsam glaze

Slow roasted belly pork, with dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a honey &
star anise sauce.

Baked camembert with red plums, clove scented oil and salad.

Melt in the middle chocolate pudding, with cointreau ice cream and a cointreau cocktail.

With a coffee to finish.

Goats cheese ravioli with home-made pesto sauce

Beetroot risotto with pan-fried salmon and a horseradish and dill foam

Roasted lamb noisette with dauphinoise potatoes, stuffed savoy cabbage with braised
lamb shank and roasted shallots with a mushroom and madeira jus

Whipped brie with garlic croutons, rocket and a balsam glaze

Roasted pine nut and lemon sabayon tart, with honey and mascarpone ice cream and a
lemon sabayon treat
